A new roof was installed 2 weeks before I bought the house. A month and 1/2 later wind damaged some of the singles. I called the company and they responded within a few hours with 2 very nice and highly skilled repairmen - they fixed the damage within an hour. It's nice to deal with companies that have this level of customer service!
I can not say enough about this company. I was in a position that compromised the sell of my home if I didn’t replace the roof. The insurance denied the claim but Javier and Ted made it possible by giving me a price I could afford, scheduling quickly and completing the roof in 1 day! They were respectful of my property, did an awesome clean up and charged exactly what they promised. I wish other companies we rely on as consumers would pay attention to their ethic.
