I would love to give this company a five rating but... I had the door installed in July and did not use it until two months ago. Well it is broke. I have tried to contact this company by phone no response, by email, invalid address, I got the address and info from the sale ad. I would like to be able to get this door fixed, I was very happy with my door until I wasn’t.
Very happy with this product. The installer, Terry was great. Much more economical choice than Casper or Clearview
Adam came by within the scheduled time-frame and answered all my questions. I am a really picky person and was a little worried about how the retractable screen would look on my front door. Adam was super patient w/ me and made me feel good about moving forward. I really love the installed screen too - and it was affordable for my abnormally tall front door. A+ !! Will probably be calling these guys again for my backdoor.
