We stopped to see how much it would be to rent a mini excavator and the owner told us we would be charged for half a day and to have it back by 6:00. So we told them we would be back to get one, needed truck to pull the trailer. When we brought the excavator back at 5:36 they charged us for a full day.... $100 more. When we reminded owner what he had told us he didn't care.

I was 1 hour late bringing the trailer I rented back. Big snow storm this morning. The price was $95 a day for the trailer. They charged me $50 more for that hour. I think they could have been more understand.
