Had all my personal property removed illegally and stolen by other buildings residents. Maria Soto will lie about everything that pertains to any wrong doing on their part. BAD NEWS BAD BUSINESS HABITS
If I could rate this company zero stars, I would. They purchased my building from another management two months ago and since then they have not done anything without me actively calling them and ensuring that it was completed personally. They do not communicate with their tenants, and when they did not send me the portal they use to pay rent I had to call two numbers multiple times and hope that someone answered my call because their voicemail box is full. This place is horrible they stole my husbands belongings and never gave him a notice to move went an changed the locks in him without even telling him they have illegals living in the apartments you can't get mail cause the the mailbox has been broken takes them a month to reply to a work order when something is broken
Been trying to contact someone repeatedly this month due to my lease almost being up, emails through multiple sites they use, phone calls on both numbers i have, voice mail attempts (voice mailbox is full now), and no response.
