Honestly if I could give no stars I would. Maria is extremely unprofessional she doesn’t not ever answer her phone. Ive had water leaking from my toilet for months, water leaking from the outside water connection into to my house for two weeks They won’t come and install a metal grate over my window well so my kids won’t fall in. Maria’s solution to me not having a grate was a piece of plywood out over the window bay a couple days after we moved in and was told the grate was ordered. Maria Sojo never came to the property at all. Left tenants without heat in freezing weather. My breaker tripped and she left the electric off for days, I had to beg her to send someone to access the breaker closet to flip it back. She made appointments and didn't show. She will leave you on read until you threaten to sue. She made me return my unit keys to a different ghetto apartment..there is no office, no way to request anything from her. If I could give a negative review I would I also would mind changing the review if we can get proper communication , this company just bought the property I live on they post a paper saying CALL THE OFFICE FOR INFORMATION ON HOW TO PAY ! They never answer the phone I had to spam call to get a text ! I finally get the payment information that’s great right …. I have been trying to renew my lease since March still nothing from them ..
