Disappointing. Sent an email requesting more information about having them manage my property and was told that they are not accepting any more properties. No explanations as to why or if/when they will be accepting more houses.Odd that they are refusing revenue.
Horrible company. Looked at a property and was told that they needed a week to clean. A week later I moved from out of state with all my belonging to find that Bryan Coe or anyone else from All Season had never been back. Opened the refridge to find food from old tenants. Ceiling fan caked with dust. Old furniture and garbage from old tenants in the garage. That was in Nov. We made a list of everything that needed attention.
