My daughter rents one of his homes in WaKeeney. Over a year ago she complained of the water heater and sink leaking, plus the toilet running. I was there to visit this past weekend and there was a constant flow of water coming from the water heater, which is right next to the bath tub. The sink has a bucket under it to catch the constant drips. There is water standing under the linoleum to where the pieces of linoleum would float. The sub floor is soaked and spongy to walk on. Doesn’t return calls, fails to show when he states he will, continues to put you off even when you have an issue such as a leak. Found out the work he did was faulty and required repairs by a professional.
Tried calling many times for 3 weeks, but he wouldn’t return a call. We left messages, and I even got a text from him saying he would call back, but he didn’t.
