Went in looking for a repair on a gas blower and was given a honest quote for troubleshooting and decided to go with a new Stihl blower.
I have been going to All Seasons for several years. I am glad to have a dealer that stands behind their products with service and support. They have always been helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They do not push sales and in one case recommended that I rent a heavy duty mower to try it before buying one from them. It was good advice since it did not work well for what I wanted. I will continue to use them as my primary source for my yard equipment. I just purchased my 4th Stihl chainsaw from All Seasons. As usual, the service was professional and the staff was knowledgeable. It is unfortunate that some folks had bad experiences with the prior management. Today, I left confident that John and Ron are going to personally back both their products and there service.
Just had my first experience with All Seasons and both the folks who helped at Parts & Service offered great help and enthusiasm.
Bought my husqvarna mower and they even delivere it. Best customer service ever.
I bought a new lawn mower a couple weeks ago. This was by far the best purchase I've made. The customer service was excellent. The best part is about a week after I made my purchase I got a Thank you Card in the mail from them. I've never heard or seen another company do that. I will be a customer of theirs for years to come. And I will tell everyone I know to go there. Thank you to everyone at All seasons Equipment. Keep up the great work..
I ordered some parts for my Scag riding mower against my better judgement and they were sure not to disappoint my concerns. These guys are the biggest pieces of shit in the industry and are a disgrace to the manufacturers they represent. I strongly urge you to read any of their reviews from any website and see how they treat their customers before wasting your time and money.
This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I took my riding mower in 3 weeks ago they said two weeks and $200 max to change belts and adjust valves. They still have it, I have called a half a dozen times with no call backs. Had to stop in and complain before anything was done. They finally called and said it was going to be $450. I will NEVER go to them for anything ever again.
Owner is beyond disrespectful, and uses foul and aggressive language. Especially when questioned about a shady "repair" or when a customer decides not to buy at that moment. It is amazing someone has not given him a check up on his attitude. I gave this place a second chance, my mistake. You would think Stihl and Husqvarna would want a professional establishment marketing their product. Do not waste your time or money here. Worst place in Lane county period.
