Terrible. Missed multiple problems that several contractors told me should have been caught. DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY ARE NOT WORTH EVEN 1% OF WHAT THEY CHARGED US.
Home inspector. Lowest rating possible. Made issues out of non issues. Canned statements throughout. Nothing very definitve in his inpection report. Report was full of mistakes, some very basic items any lay person could see. overstated issues that he later admited were not issues at all. Stay away, dont use.
