My account is fixed, but a guy shows up in an unmarked vehicle without a uniform and gave my girl and kids the creeps. Less talking to the customer and focus on your work. Then say to my girl "We can go upstairs to check the ac' not out of line at all however, no work vehicle, no uniform identifying him, and comes across weird didn't happen already that question would came to me in a ok normal thing ?

I would avoid working with them at all costs. My AC went out and I after going through my home warranty company they put me in touch with this company. I was told they where coming out the next day from from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. I called at 3:15 because we had not heard from them and I was informed they did not have a work order but he would come out anyway. The man was super nice and diagnosed the problem right away being a leak in the freon and the entire unit would need to be replaced as the manufactures warranty would no... read more
