Ken is always friendly and easy to talk with. He. Explains everything in a way you can understand and let's you know what is needed and what can wait.
Our furnace was making funny noises and blowing cold air. We called to make an appointment on Saturday and got one for Monday. Ken was able to find the problem almost immediately and fixed it with very little cost to us. He explained the problem in words I could understand. He offered a maintenance plan and a thermostat upgrade with no pressure, just being informative, so that I could discuss it with my husband and make a decision together.
