Total crooks. Thought I had used them before, but this was definitely not the same company. This “Father and son” were running an ac/furnace “special” to tune up the ac/furnace at my home. What a joke. They got there, I was in a meeting, and tried telling my wife that my AC unit needed 3 pounds of freon - dude, freon is run via a closed loop system, why would I just dump $525 into a system that has a leak? I am a renter. My landlords “repair guy” came out to see why my AC wasn’t blowing out cold air when it was 90 and humid all week. After the landlords “repair guy” left - the AC wasn’t even blowing any air out at all. My landlord then sent out a professional HVAC service (Mechanical heating and cooling) - and they said I needed a new AC unit, and quoted in the $ thousands… my landlord said he would not replace the AC since it wasn’t in my contract and would only repair it…. Bob and Justin came out very timely and were very courteous. My heat went out and they were able to quickly and efficiently diagnose the issue. They were very fairly priced and stayed to make sure the heat cycled multiple times before they left. I was referred to them by my mom, whose AC they fixed over the summer!

I remember back when I was a 19 year old working at Pizza Hut this man ordered. When I couldn't find his house because he didn't have his porch light on, I decided to call him. He was drunk and was screaming at me over the phone for being too dumb to find him. I told him I couldn't deliver to him because he was being abusive over the phone. This was in 2014. I only recently remembered at looked this up and noticed I never wrote a review. So here is the review, this man is not professional and in fact is dangerous.
