Caught in a stupid loop with home warranty company, but Joe went out of his way to help us get our AC back up + running, which i appreciate greatly!
People, do not use this company. My home warranty company 2-10 (Do not use either) uses this place and it's like pooling teeth to get things done. The company is basically ran off a cell phone, you can call and either the voicemail picks up, they are out of the office, or you can hear kids screaming in the background like they are at their personal residence. My home warranty assigned All Seasons to come out to check the AC unit. When calling the number it stated they are not excepting phone calls and their mailbox is full. This is completely unacceptable. If you are not set up to take calls after hours you should not be signed up for home warranty call outs.
