We have two autistic children that we have been waiting for almost 2 years to get them some help. I have 17 documented attempts of calling, and leaving messages for call backs. We have had only two times someone answered, while the above amount are the other attempts. This place is unorganized, unresponsive, and has not provided any help or guidance for the nanies, or my wife, and I.

I took my grandson there and absolutely loved them. As summer time hit he wasn't so interested in going to counseling and he was doing much better. Joseph is fantastic. Unfortunately issues have come to a head again with my grandson and he really needs to get back in with Joseph. I was told I would receive a call to let me know if there was an opening. I would love to say that these people work well with your family, and to get them situated when needed, but they don't. My two girls, and parents have been trying to contact this company for over TWO months, and have NOT even received a thing on the help they have needed. There have been multiple voicemails, in person conversations, with no results. Absolutely horrible service. Do NOT recommend to anyone who would actually like to have someone help you, or your family.
