Im just letting this company know that you have unethical therapist that work here. Ms. Reid demanded me to pay her before the services she provided me and then dropped me before the therapy service. She charged me extra monies for staying over 30 min without letting me know at the moment I was there 30 min. She later sent me a bill she has been demanding month to month payments. I've been a client for a little over a year now and have had a great experience. It's easy to get in touch and everyone I've dealt with has been polite and professional. Ms. Beverly is also an excellent counselor and through speaking to her I've been able to make significant progress.
Ms. Reid and her team have always been professional and demonstrated care and concern towards my family's needs.
