After witnessing this company's shady practices and unimpressive work i would highly recommend going elsewhere to do your business. I wish the company i work for would find a better more honest contractor. They constantly underperformed in my opinion, have seen them do unauthorized work then overcharge for that. Also when you have an issues that requires immediate service, pray God it doesn't inconvenience their schedule, like on the weekend. I would personally never use this company. Brad has been out to our place a couple times now to work on our HVAC unit and he is always very friendly. I appreciate that he also educates me on what's going on!
Brandon, Lindsey, and team were fantastic hvac problem-solvers. They made numerous visits to creatively brainstorm how to increase air flow in an old house when other hvac companies were unwilling to undertake such a challenging project. Their work made a dramatic difference! We are grateful!
