Logan was very courteous. We called on a Saturday and, thankfully, Logan returned our call then promptly came to the house to determine the cause of the water issue. He thoroughly explained the problem (plugged pipe) and remedied the issue. He also cleaned up the water and replaced the wet filter. We decided to sign up for the maintenance agreement to avoid future issues with our HVAC system.

Hunter Henderson was our technician again today. As always, he is friendly, courteous, and respectful. He answers all of our questions and tells us everything he is doing. We are very pleased with him and his service.
