Great service and got the job done quick and clean!
While out of the country, my Wi-Fi thermostat alerted me that my heat pump was not functioning correctly. This was two days before a blizzard was forecast to arrive with subzero temperatures. The technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and secured the part to fix it - even though my unit is a brand they do not sell. Super service! Thank you!
