Avoid this company - All Seasons...and owner Collen – BEWARE !!!! of Colleen and "All Seasons Cleaning". A good review may be a fake review but a bad review is a true review. Most people will NOT waste their time and energy by typing bad things about a company or anyone unnecessarily. But they WILL, if their interests are compromised. Terrific service – When I came from work my home was absolutely great job. I will definitely call them again use often.
Do not use this service – They came to clean my apartment and I specifically asked if they would mop my floors and a woman named Coleen said absolutely. When I came home I noticed that they did not. So, I called to let her know that her girls did not mop and missed a few dusting spots. Coleen was very apologetic and made an appointment so they can re-do the cleaning job. I took the day off to wait for them and they never showed. I have been calling for 4 days and still have not recieved a return call.
steer clear of these people!!! – i hired them twice in the past...their work was decent...the second time they were 3 hours late...no biggy. i called them to schedule a move-out cleaning....reminded them they were 3 hours late last time and this would have to be done in a timely fashion because i am moving out... we set up the appointment...i call to confirm the day before. i called after the movers left...1:30pm. she said i have you slotted for 2-230pm to bear with her, her crews are running late because of the weather(rain... read more
