ALL SEASON CHEM DRY is a great company! – ALL SEASON CHEM DRY is a great company. They did a very good job. I had Stanley Steamer come last year and it sucked; my carpet was wet for two days!

COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED – RECEIVED NO SERVICE! – I scheduled an appointment with All Seasons Chem Dry of Las Vegas (east side) for a Sturday between 2:00 and 5:00 PM. I received two calls from the technician saying he was running late. During these calls, the technician tried to get me to reschedule the appointment. But I told him I don’t care how late it is, I needed it done today for upcoming events. Misrepresentation – I found their coupon in Valpak and called to set up an appointment. Was told over the phone "stairs thrown in." I even questioned him when he said it and he confirmed it to me. When carpet tech came he said he couldn't do that. I asked him to leave and called the company. The man on the phone told me he would NEVER say that and told me I must have been hallucinating. I have never been more insulted! Buyer beware of this company! They are shady.

The worse decision of your life don't even think about it – I am not an obssesive customer. But generally if Ihave to stop working to clean the carpet at least I want this people to come relatively on time not two hours late . But that is not the worse they just do such ahorrible job that it is unbelievable they donot clean your carpet they make it worse. and when you begged them to come they threaten with refund after they promised they redo it and a big hazzle and etc etc. It is a nightmare, really a nightmare I lost two w... read more
