Good: Extremely polite office staff. Even the service guys were polite. Bad: For some reason two service people were sent. This is huge because the cost was 185 per hour plus a 10 dollar gas charge. A system check was performed by the men determining there was no issue with the unit. 2 weeks later and the unit still does not go into a defrost cycle. An absolute waste of 200 dollars!
What a great group. I live in Morgantown and they have came out to fix a couple different issues I was having due to just having an older home. They came out on less than a days notice and fixed the issues with out a problem. Super friendly staff and Phillip goes above and beyond. Couldn’t ask for better service or a better group of guys!!
