With over a foot of snow on the roof last winter we had water coming in the house by the chimney. Giovanny and his team came the same day we called, shovelled away the snow to expose the ice damming, and determined that the water was coming in behind the flashing around the chimney. They melted away the ice and tarped the chimney, stopping the leak until the weather was warm enough to make the repair. Great service, quick to respond! Giovanny came and repaired our roof within an hour of messaging the company. After the repair I asked for a quote to do the whole roof, he replied quickly with a fair price, we will book it for next year! Definitely would recommend.
