Exceptional service!!! Austin came out because AC Was blowing warm air, Apparently, I haven’t been keeping up on my filter changes, which caused my system to freeze over, He was so patient explaining what can cause the issues he even helped me change my filter. And he waited for my system to unfreeze to make sure that my AC would work, What Great customer service, You don’t see that anymore so thank you All season!!!!!
Was promised an appointment for a two hour window for an emergency repair. 15 minutes before the window starts they cancel and can’t come out till the next day.
I asked for a senior discount. They said "no."
Tech said drainage line issue, $600. Agreed, he started work. After job, paid and he left. Next day same problem. Called, they said no warranty, extra charge.
They didn't put the access panel back properly. Fell off later.
