The owner and staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. I was so impressed as to the quick turnaround on my chainsaw that I returned home and brought my weed eater to see if it would work with a blade conversion kit. The owner explained how to install it. Very reasonable pricing!
Customer service is really awful. The guy who answers the phone doesn't really want to help or seem like, and he's very slow with his answers. They repaired a couple of things but didn't do the main issue. They charge 250 for that which was really exorbitant. I do NOT recommend this place. You will be sorry and disappointed.
ZERO star. It would be nice if they QUICKLY conduct business over the phone. To hell with that place and my business. Don't bother. The salesman suck! They only cater to the folks they know.
