I was informed up front what the cost for the annual Inspection Fee of my A/C unit would be $99, which I was fine with. But I did not find out until the date of service that I would to have to pay an additional $95 Labor Fee charge pertaining to servicing the A/C unit. That increased labor fee was because I needed the addition of freon, which was another separate charge. Installed a cheap thermostat that they had on the truck without asking and charged 75$over sticker price to pay for there advertising label on it. I really liked how sarcastic and condescending he was when i asked about it. Now I have the phone number of a company on my wall that I don't want to use again.

This company came out to my house charged me $500 and said that my AC unit was working just fine and after they left, it still was not working right! The guy put refrigerant in my system, but when I went outside, my system was not even on and the fan was not spinning. This was a flat out lie! I called another company to find out that I had a bad capacitor and hard start needed for my system. Had nothing to do with Freon! I would advise anybody to call this guy or this company ever again for any type!
