She utilized poor comparison homes, and inaccurately adjusted our home relative to comparators. When I informed that one of the comparators was actually smaller in our home in gross living area (as it had a finished attic bonus room which should not count in gross living area) she ignored this. I asked if she was looking for comparators and I I pointed out two homes built within 100 of feet of our home, but she didn't use them because it would have the raised the assessed value of our home.
