Not reliable -- I called to schedule an appointment for a new estimate and "Kevin" set an appointment with an arrival time of 4-5pm. I picked my kids up early from their after-school care so that I would be home for Kevin's arrival. Not only did Kevin not show up for our appointment, he didn't bother to call and let me know. After waiting 2hrs, I called and also sent Kevin a text asking if he was still coming. He didn't even bother to respond. If this is the way this company does business, they don't deserve mine. This company was extremely easy to work with. They provided a fair estimate, showed up when expected, reviewed the work before and after the job, and did quality work. The men were friendly and respectful. Two thumbs up!
We were having MANY water issues in our back yard and porch area. I got 4 estimates prior to making a decision and most had differing ideas on what would solve the problem. Carl came out and spent quite a bit of time here and helped us design a solution to the problem. They were reasonably priced, extremely professional and reliable. Alex did a fantastic job with the installation – he was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great suggestions on where to place the downspouts. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure everything was perfect. I highly recommend choosing All Seamless Rain Gutters. Great experience all around!
