When you call this companies Bartlesville phone number it now goes to a recording out of Tulsa. No one ever answers the phone and after being on hold forever it tells you to leave a message and someone will call you back. It takes forever (hours and hours) for someone to call you back just to order CPAP supplies! Horrible customer service! Company has really gone DOWNHILL.
Use another supply company. ANY other supply company. I have been using them for 3 years now. Only once in all the times I’ve tried to contact them have they actually answered their phone. I called 3 times today and each time they pick up, (it beeps 2 times so you know they answered) then it hangs up. I am in need of a knee brace, the one I have makes my pain worse because it has to be super tight. Everyone there was super helpful and very friendly. They are doing everything they can to get a brace for me ASAP. I truly appreciate it.
These guys are a blessing! Lisa and Marc both are so kind and took great care of my mom after she got out of the hospital. They were always prompt and willing to help.
