We have had service with AST for over twenty-five years, and the customer service is amazing. The technicians are so caring and consider of your home with cleaning up after themselves if needed. The Vice President of the company, the office manager and each employee we have had contact with over the years have continued to provide nothing but excellent customer service.

They can take care of all your security needs with real time service and real people to deal with. No (800) numbers, prompts or waiting in line necessary. Especially great for those that travel for work, or are away from home often, or have that special get-a-way home to protect. Remember, you get what you pay for.
We have had an AST alarm system since we bought our home in 2013 and have been extremely happy with the service. Every issue we have had has been addressed and resolved. We worked with Nicole McGraw, the office manager, on various aspects of the work and she did an excellent job. I would Recommend AST to anyone
