Wouldn’t recommend storing anything here. We only had the unit for a 6 weeks and they charged us almost $300. Each payment was different. We have been waiting on a handwritten refund check(for the amount they overcharged us) from the owner for 2 months now. Very hard to get in contact with. Have called many times and even stopped by the place a few times. Very infrequent availability. Hoping to get a refund check soon.

The rates are hard to beat, an outside uncovered parking lot space for your trailer or vehicle will only run you $35 a month. At least that was the cost at the time of this posting. And the facility is everything you want in a storage facility. It's clean, well maintained, and has a security camera on every corner. You get in with a code, and a sensor opens the gate to let you out. My only complaint might be that it is closed from 11pm to 6am. All Safe Storage in Spanish Fork is helpful, responsive, understanding of financial struggles and willing to work with me on access and payment. I feel cared about here and that my belongings that matter to me are safe and secure. Thank you for never being the hardest part of my day. - Alicia

I would give less stars if I could!!! We have tried to keep up on payments, and every single time we go there, everything is extremely torn apart. And items of sentiment have either been stolen or destroyed. We paid up to date and had no access to enter the gate and when we did have access everything was dumped out and torn apart. Do not trust them with your belongings.

Wow what a great person running the front desk! She really helps. She was even willing to help us see the best way to put items. Don't love to store items but if I do this is the place!
