RIPPED OFF CUSTOMER they told us they refused our rental payments for months.they kept our money,and said they sold opur property,and returned our payments,they never sent a letter,or any writtened correspondence,Don.t rent from them ,they also sold property for a person,from crystal lake,that only owed them 90.00

response to 4/17/13 and 7/08/13 The reviews from 4/17/13 and 7/08/13 are the same person. We take customer satisfaction seriously. Our staff has made numerous attempts at resolving this issue with the customer through our own efforts as well as through the BBB.

RIPPED OFF SENT THEM PAYMENTS FOR OVER 8 months.SENT THEM LETTERS REQUESTING BALANCE,MULTIPLY TIMES.MCHENRY TOLD US SHE REFUSED ALL PAYMENTS,AND SOLD OUR PROPERTY.SHE LIED TO THE BBB,STATING SHE SENT US A LETTER.. WE HAVE NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO OUR CORRESPONDANCE.THEY ARE MORE REPUTABLE STORAGES AVAILABLE IN MCHENRY.THEY HAVE NON-EXISTANT SECURITY.ANU Y PERSON,CAN WALK RIGHT THRU ENTRANCDE GATE

been here for years. I keep my garage overflow here and the seasonal stuff. Always clean and safe. Staff are there when ya need them. will be here til I get a new house. thxs

pissedcustomer I have mad drop off payments at McHenry,since last Summer. They total over $500.00Your McHenry Manager on Friday,April,12,2013,stated that making payments thru your drop slot means nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!She also acknowledged receipt of a cash payment.Shealso stated she had refused all payments,and sold my property.My payments should have been paid up for 6 months,in advance.She can not tell me,she has refused my payments,6 to 8 months laterI also had sent her a letter ,September,1,2012.,to request my balan... read more

service with a smile You always here that phrase, well this business means it. Never have I come in the office and not been greeted with a smile. Their service is outstanding, fast, and accurate. Prices are reasonable, my storage space was clean and tidy as well as well lit. Keep up the good work!

3 years and still storing Of course the location is convienient, the staff is helpful and courteous and the prices are great. I feel compelely safe storing my valueables there at All Safe. The one truely unique thing about this storage place, is that the manager lives there on site which makes me feel extra protected.

Always helpful The staff here are always smiling and helpful. Moving my mom to assisted living was an logistical nightmare. These ladies were always there to lend an ear, make suggestions and assure me that my mom's precious memories would be safe and secure. The office and facility are in tip top shape, clean and bright. The office hours and access hours are perfect for my schedule.
