Have been a customer for almost a year, just added our RV. Donna has been there the whole time, making the transition seamless. So friendly and helpful. Clean, well maintained facility. 5 stars!
Great customer service and quick process!
Sent a past due notice when account was up to date. Auto pay was on per their direction. Said they lost all my account information? They emailed a past due notice but their system did not have my email address on file? No longer confident doing business here.
The ladies (Donna & Leslie)were so wonderful to work with. They had all the paperwork done in 15 minutes and I moved into my unit the same day. I feel very safe anytime of day due to the security cameras, lighting and gated entrance. Highly recommend !!
