This shady company doesn't deserve any stars. It should get a negative-5. They tell their potential renters they need to carry the liability insurance on a house to rent. Plus they informed me about this AFTER I PAID THEIR APPLICATION FEE!! No insurance company, lawyer or financial company agrees with that! I spoke with my State Farm Agent who said absolutely NOT! If I could give this management company less stars I would. I rent a very nice house in Stone Oak and I pay $3195 monthly for this home that I know is owned free and clear (all this information is available to the public). This home was built in 2005 and is in a gated community. On move in day, my water was brown, there was a melted floor electrical outlet, the home was not cleaned properly, there was a pungent cat urine smell throughout, and there was dried cat urine on the fireplace glass. Richardo took over my property I was renting very rude and not understanding even though contract no longer valid since it was breach contract he would call for keys but communications with owner was not well. Previous property management was better then this offic.
