I just want to start off by saying if you plan on storing a car here for the winter or whatever reason, there are way better quality, less pricey, and friendlier options out there. We rented a "10x30" for 2 cars which turned out to be a 10x28.5 and we couldnt fit our cars, and didnt get our money back from the deposit. The deposit, by the way, is a full months rent. Regarding Mr. Leverence post: He called our office wanting to know why his gate code did not work. We have a policy that we generally do not provide tenant information over the phone nor do we even acknowledge a tenant's existence. Over the phone we can not be certain to whom we are speaking. Mr. Leverence became annoyed and refused to accept our answer even though we were only trying to protect his identity. His gate code did not function because he was several months behind in rent.
