I called the company for a heating problem and heat was restored for 1 day. I called ** back and no tech was available, so I had to call another **. and pay a 2nd service fee.All Safe did not get to the root of the problem originally. I requested a reimbursement of the service and I was refused. I will never due business with this company again.
All Safe came out on 12-24-22 to restore heat to my tenant's flat. The heat was restored and went out the next day. All Safe had no tech available.Tenant is 70 years old and temp was below freezing. I called another ** and they restored the heat..no problem. I asked for a reimbursement from All Safe...that was refused. Tech did not get to the root of the problem..OBVIOUSLY. I will never do business with this co again..I would have purchased a furnace from them.
