Sam took the time to investigate and diagnose the problem with my leaking box gutter (unlike other trades people who made assumptions based on face value). I had the leak 'fixed' 3 times prior to engaging Sam, paid over $1000 each time, but to no avail. Sam is a problem solver and who took the time, made the effort and ensured a professional and cost effective job. I highly recommend him.

My husband and I could not have asked for a more helpful, competent, reliable, professional and efficient worker to fence off areas in our yard for our two dogs. I would recommend Sam for any job is is willing to undertake, as he is very willing to go the extra distance in doing the best job he can, whilst being reasonably priced, and making sure his clients are happy with the work completed.
Sam just replaced most of our pool deck after salvaging what he could off the footings etc. Shari and I were very happy with the job Sam did and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. He even helped me out putting a new alternator in my old Prado a man of many talents .
