New roof install on a two car detached garage and the main house. Asphalt shingles, ridge vent, new gutters tied in after. Clean lines along the rakes and eaves. Only place in Carol Steam that gave us a real walkthrough before signing anything. Finished product looks how it should.
Whole thing from estimate to finish roof was about three weeks. The office keep me in the loop about scheduling witch I appreciate it since I had to coordinate with my work travel. Installed date went smoothly and the foreman walked me around afterwards to explain what they have done. Solid job.
Had a leak above the kitchen that kept coming back no matter what. North West did a full replacement and the ceiling has stayed dry through two heavy rains now. Good people to work with.
