hi cindy, Tracy, I can't deal with your brokage any more, customer service is to bare minimum and as cindy always mentioned 8 is the number to go with. everything about the brokage is about the number 8. if you don't do as they told, they will withhlld your policy until they please . u beg them to cancel it, and they will consume the cancellation fee. when you ask for HELP they will tell u the policy company don't speak to clients directly and you will have to speak with them again.
