Jeff Starke was a professional pest control expert as well as a man of character and integrity. I had the pleasure of knowing him for over 20 years. I guess what Tim didn't know is that Jeff had a terminal illness and he was doing his best to press onward. Tim, I'll apologize on Jeff's behalf. Sorry for your oh so terrible inconvenience.
Got a call two hours before appt.to cancel. Weather conditions were same at 8 in morning as they were at 12:30. So my day is wasted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
