I’ve bought over 30 homes in the last 15 years never had an experience this bad. The listing agent was working for the seller obviously, but also working for me since I was coming from Georgia and didn’t have a local agent. We went back-and-forth on the offer and finally agreed to offer much more than the property was worth, owner financed. The owner set the terms we were sent the contract which we signed.
