I’ve bought over 30 homes in the last 15 years never had an experience this bad. The listing agent was working for the seller obviously, but also working for me since I was coming from Georgia and didn’t have a local agent. We went back-and-forth on the offer and finally agreed to offer much more than the property was worth, owner financed. The owner set the terms we were sent the contract which we signed. Cat and Rachel are the definition of a dream team! We worked with them to purchase a piece a land that we love. The process was made a little more difficult, due to factors outside of our or our agents control, but Cat and Rachel took care of any issues that would arise and made everything possible. We will absolutely use them for any future purchases and are thankful for their dedication to our family!
