Very unprofessional. Realtors seem only to be money hungry and not genuinely helping to the people who are PAYING for their service. Realtor was Lori Garvey.
Beware: I just called to have a Marion County vacant lot listed with All Realty, and was told that I'd have to pay for a property assessment first, costing several hundred dollars ... and quite unnecessary. "I can recommend a company that will give you a discount," Lori with All Realty said, which was another red flag to me. In the end, I decided it was better to find a company that doesn't require money needlessly being spent prior to having it listed. You might consider the same.
I have bought and sold numerous properties from this company. A very smooth process. Very cut and dry, no hidden fees and a friendly staff. Will buy from them again
