This company either doesn’t check up on their property managers/agents or they just don’t care. Exterior is covered in mold/mildew and has needed to be pressure washed for years. Yard full of weeds and overgrown bushes and trees.
This company took over a private managed rental property that my family rented for nearly 2 years before they took over. The owner was difficult, never called for any issues. Property still have carpet from when built in 1996. All real estate took over after hurricane Matthew and inspected property. Terminix had discovered rats had entered garage from a missing flap on garage door.
