Went in for an estimate. Super dismissive, WAY over-estimated cost of relatively easy repair. They said they would send me a formal quote and never followed-up.
Ford referred me to this repair shop, and honestly, they provided me with service that was nothing short of magical — they restored my car to be exactly like new, just as it was before the accident.
