Get a 3rd party inspection before purchasing. I purchased a saftied vehicle from here that broke down moments after pick up. After 2.5 weeks without successful repair I asked for a refund. Inital reply was NO so I made an offer to take a partial refund just to get out of the deal. I lost 3650$ for doing business with this dealership. GET A THIRD PARTY INSPECTION BEFORE PURCHASING!!
I bought a 2016 escape from a long time friend who worked here. I later found out that this employee has recently left for reasons I will not disclose. Within a week I discovered the oil pan was leaking. Was told it’s not their problem. I had to deal with the warranty company. I brought it to Ford and was told this is the worst warranty package on the market. I also found out the battery was no good from the start. Rear shocks are done. They sell used tires in almost new condition for cash price. The cash from the sales go towards buying toys for children for Christmas. Recommend them to anyone needing tires.
