No one ever answer phone,don’t even return calls when you leave a message,to check on your balance,you don’t know what to pay on your storage unit,accumulating late fee when no one returns your call even in emergency,Just curious do they think about the Clients.Need to get better at what they are doing in Clients problems….”
Storage unit door, narrow, lock on flimsy lock component at facitily. Have to be there for them to fix. Who has time to come away across town to watch them fix something that should have been fixed before I even rented unit.They can change the rate when they feel like it. Was told $60 and paperwork reflect that $60, but was charged $65 and was told it was because came during special. The special was $45 for three months.
