Site gate code initially didn't seem to work. I called and received quick and friendly assistance on the phone from Iris, who was great. However, security at unit site may need improvement. Found the door to the inside units left open when I arrived at my unit on 1/29/26. Someone visiting before me apparently did not close it all of the way. No idea how long it was open for before I arrived.
Iris was so helpful and kind! As soon as I applied for a storage unit, she called me within 10 minutes to ask if I had any questions. I hadn’t even finished the agreement paperwork yet! I think I made the right choice as to picking which storage company I use, as they seem very hyper vigilant to help their customers. Thanks again, Iris! I look forward to working with your business. I should also note, the application process was super easy and straight forward. It seems I will not regret using them!
