I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I rented a unit at the tilton location and I showed up to find it locked. I sent out 2 emails with no response and the phone number listed isn’t currently accepting calls. I’m very disappointed. I’m paying for a storage unit that I don’t have access to.
Had some difficulty getting my I.D. uploaded, so in the end had to text it. Nor made the rest of the process pretty seamless. Great job!
Easy to access, fully secure and monitored by facility. Excellent move in experience, and very clean environment!!!
Carol at APS Tilton was extremely helpful! I rented a unit that was too small. She helped me transfer to a larger unit immediately! Her customer service was A++! Thank you so much!!
I placed an order for a unit, correct online overnight. First thing in the morning, I had gotten a call asking if there was anything else they could do to help me if I had any questions. The customer service wasn't fantastic. Carol hands down made my experience a great one. I thank you Carol
