Anthony was kind enough to call and collect my payment before I had to call ahead of tomorrow's late fee penalty. It wasn't the first time and his familiar voice and processing was a pleasure.
Nor was very helpful with arranging for a storage unit for me. She was very patient when I had difficulty with signing the online documents. She was very pleasant and explained all rental and insurance fees and made sure I understood completely. Thank you again, Nor!
Left my unit clean gave notice did what was requested and now 3 months later they hit me with a debt collector for a bill bs
