Great facility as far as storage goes, tall units, was able to fit quite a bit of stuff in there, although not as big as I thought it was (due to my own misconception of what a unit of the specified demensions would like ) it was still able to meet my needs. Moving put was super easy as well, just needed a picture and I was good to go and was even given leniency and not charged even though they could have fairly. Would recommend and use again!
We signed up for a storage unit. The process was very smooth and the customer service representative was extremely courteous.
The is the second time we have used All Purpose Storage in Rutland and highly recommend it. Everything from booking to closing out is simple. The units are always super clean and NO BUGS in our belongings. Diana Rios was helpful and made our closing out smooth 🥳
First off the storage unit placement is perfect for me and my needs, they keep it very well kept. I had to change bank cards due to fraud charges on it, so I called to update the card into and Andre was more than willing to do what had to be done quickly and efficiently. I’m in the middle of a work day, trying to get accounts I need to work back up and running ASAP and he did just that.
