My experience has not required me to have any contact with anyone. It's all been online or phone, however, it is always an option to speak to a live person. The only thing I dislike is after 9pm I can't access my unit even using my personal 4 digit code for the security gate. Due to my work schedule it would be great if I could get in 24/7. Nice facility. Good security. Clean locker. Paved driveways. 24/7 help for emergencies. I’m not sure what more they could do ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I stand corrected. I must add amazing customer service as well! It was disheartening go through the online and over-the-phone steps to rent unit, to then struggle with the broken door, get zero customer service reps and need to beg for All Purpose Storage to cancel my rental. Does not reflect the usual customer service in our area at all
Good. New ownership added perimeter security gating and cameras. Previous ownership didn't even have cameras, which is absolutely pathetic. Easy to pay monthly bills. The units themselves are okay, but they are not climate controlled or pest controlled. Would like to see less evidence of rodent activity when I access my units. The monthly bill keeps going up; although there hasn't been an increase in a little while.
