Update 04/02/2025: Yet another price hike. Lowering my rating to 1 star for this additional round of increased rates. I'm going to be looking to get my items out of this storage facility. They will just keep reaching deeper and deeper into your pockets. Don't use them if you aren't sure you will be getting your stuff back out quickly before they raise rates on you! The process to rent at this storage facility was easy! Chinny, the customer service lady, was extremely helpful with helping me with starting my rental. Carly, the customer service lady who helped me close my account, was great! Very professional and friendly! It was a very smooth process The storage unit was clean when we rented it and the area felt safe. There's a code to get in and out of the facility. Highly recommend!
