Irah was very helpful, she even helped me find the right facility between all of the available units so I could find the best match for me. I have yet to experience the units, but the cuat9mer service and availability was nice.
I just got a storage unit here. It's in a very convenient location for me. But in addition to that, it is a reasonable price compared to others that I looked at. I even got a deal 2 months 50% off. 5 STARS!!!!
Diana Rios was the agent on the phone and she made things very easy for me. Good communication, and got right in. Highly recommend!
I signed up today on the web site. Apparently I signed the rental agreement but subsequent email asked me to follow a link to sign the agreement. That link failed. I called the 802 number and the gentleman was very helpful. One thing he told me, which I missed in the rental process is that I need to provide my own lock. I will try to put my things into the unit tomorrow, but the phone assistance was exemplary.
