I signed up today on the web site. Apparently I signed the rental agreement but subsequent email asked me to follow a link to sign the agreement. That link failed. I called the 802 number and the gentleman was very helpful. One thing he told me, which I missed in the rental process is that I need to provide my own lock. I will try to put my things into the unit tomorrow, but the phone assistance was exemplary.
Nicole was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She was a pleasure to speak with. It could not have gone smoother. Thank you Nicole..!
