Kathleen has always been very helpful with the gate codes that tend to stop working, but a simple call while at the gate and within 2 minutes she will have the issue fixed! Edit* After months of gate issues , codes not recognized, they left it open for a few weeks, and when I showed up to a closed gate it's been perfect ever since .
