Kathleen has always been very helpful with the gate codes that tend to stop working, but a simple call while at the gate and within 2 minutes she will have the issue fixed!
Rate increased 2 or 3 times for the duration of renting due to "the increased cost of operation". Forced to pay for their useless insurance. Went to move out and discovered the stuff in my unit was covered in mouse feces. A dead mouse was stuck to my sofa. I had to get rid of the sofa. I moved out completely on the 2nd of the month. My claim was denied because they said I didn't report it but I did and they stated there wasn't proof. I did not think to take photos of the mouse carcass fused to my sofa. She patiently and professionally guided me through the rental of another unit and she made the experience easy to navigate and went the extra steps to make sure my new unit was close to my second for ease of access.
